SAFE S.p.A.
SAFE was founded in 1975 in San Giovanni in Persiceto, near Bologna. Over 50 years of expertise in natural gas compression — 10,000+ CNG compressors installed in 50+ countries. Part of Landi Renzo Group (listed on the Italian Stock Exchange) since 2012. Production lines for CNG, biomethane and hydrogen.
Avtometan Ltd has been the exclusive SAFE S.p.A. representative for the Balkans since 2002.
Over 120 R&D engineers develop technologies for the energy transition — a pressure range from 0.3 to 950 bar. In 2025 SAFE introduced a new screw compressor for biomethane with a capacity of up to 2,500 Sm³/h.

VITKOVICE CYLINDERS is a global leader in the manufacture of seamless steel cylinders. Over 22 million cylinders delivered since 1906 — more than 120 years of unbroken tradition. Three production sites in the Czech Republic, Poland and Argentina.

A unique backward extrusion technology, introduced in 2008, enables the production of cylinders with diameters above 267 mm — a capability no other manufacturer in the world offers. A member of VITKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP (60+ companies, 8,500 employees, turnover above €1 billion).

OMB Saleri
OMB Saleri is an Italian Società Benefit (the equivalent of a B Corp), founded in 1980 in Brescia. Four business lines: metal products, LPG/CNG systems, hydrogen valves and aerospace components. Certified to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and AS-EN 9100.
Avtometan Ltd is the exclusive representative for Bulgaria.
43 registered patents and 44 R&D engineers. A strategic Bosch partner for hydrogen tank systems since 2021. OMB Saleri components will fly on Airbus’s first hydrogen aircraft (Safran consortium, 2022).

Metan Market Ltd is a long-standing Avtometan partner in the compression, supply and distribution of compressed natural gas for the road transport and industrial sectors. The partnership also covers the fabrication of semi-trailers and gas packages for CNG transport.

Associate members since August 2003. NGVA-Europe merged with Eurogas in 2024, continuing as the industry voice for natural gas and biomethane in European transport.
Eurogas brings together 127+ companies from 31 European countries — a leading voice on the energy transition, the AFIR regulations and CO2 standards for heavy-duty transport. Over 3,840 CNG stations in Europe, 25% of which already dispense biomethane.
